Who is Frank M. Friedeck? Frank M. Friedeck was born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on May 29th, 1891. It is not known when he first joined the National Guard, but he was discharged on August 4th, 1917. ON August 5th, 1917, he was drafted into the Army and served as a cook in France during World War I. He was discharged from the Army on July 27th, 1919. He then went to work at Uniroyal and retired 1936. Frank rejoined the National Guard on June 3rd, 1942 and was discharged two months later, he was 51 years old. He was the manager at VFW Post 305 and held fish fries. Mr. Friedeck was also the State Commander of the Cooties.
